200T Bleached & Dyed Cotton Percale Fabric
The most common cotton percale fabric is 200T Cotton Fabric. We can weave the grey cotton fabric by carded or combed yarns with different constructions, from 73" width to 122"width, in closed selvage and rouge selvage. We'll solid dye or bleach and shape the cotton percale fabric in high temperature about 220 degree to ensure it won't shrink after washing. The white cotton percale fabric and solid dyed cotton percale fabric are always used to make bed sheets, flat sheets, duvet covers and pillowcase slips for home and hotel. We also vat dye the cotton fabric in green and blue colors, then we'll use the dark green vat dyed cotton fabric and the sky blue vat dyed fabric to make sheets and gowns for hospital.
